Kohlrabi Fingers with Tahini Dressing

Prep: 10 mins

Beat the following until creamy:

  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves crushes garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Peel and cut the kohlrabi into fingers, and serve with the dip.
