Joris’ Simple Warming Celeriac

I like cubing veg. These little cubes of celeriac get fried in olive oil and butter. It takes about 20 minutes and you end up with these lovely caramelised, nutty rich morsels of celeriac that can accompany all sorts of meals. I serve them as a vegetable side.
