Dipa’s Linguine with Wild garlic Pesto

I made this from the wild garlic that came in my veg box and with ingredients in the store cupboard. It’s the first time I made it and it went down very well! Only thought of taking a picture and sharing the recipe when I was half way through and realised how good it was.

  • Wild garlic
  • Lemon juice
  • Red chillies (optional)

From the cupboard:

  • Toasted walnuts
  • Parmesan (grated)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Linguine

  1. Place the linguine in a pan of boiling water
  2. Blitz the wild garlic, walnuts, parmesan, lemon juice and chilli with olive oil until you have a rough paste
  3. Once the linguine are just about cooked, drain of most of the water, and mix in the pesto and season
  4. Place the linguine back on the hob until is cooked but still aldente.
