I made this from the wild garlic that came in my veg box and with ingredients in the store cupboard. It’s the first time I made it and it went down very well! Only thought of taking a picture and sharing the recipe when I was half way through and realised how good it was.
Ingredients:
- Wild garlic
- Lemon juice
- Red chillies (optional)
From the cupboard:
- Toasted walnuts
- Parmesan (grated)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Linguine
Method:
- Place the linguine in a pan of boiling water
- Blitz the wild garlic, walnuts, parmesan, lemon juice and chilli with olive oil until you have a rough paste
- Once the linguine are just about cooked, drain of most of the water, and mix in the pesto and season
- Place the linguine back on the hob until is cooked but still aldente.
