Brusslaw with Apples and Raisins

Serves: 4 servings                         Prep and Cooking: 10 min


  • 250g Brussel sprouts
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 apple
  • Handful of raisins
  • Handful of parsley or coriander
  • Lemon juice
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic

From the cupboard:

  • 7 tablespoons mayo
  • 4 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • Sunflower seeds, Pumpkin seeds or Almonds flakes (optional)


  1. Grate the Brussels, carrots and apple. Mix with the raisins.
  2. In a separate bowl mix the mayo, yogurt, lemon juice and crushed garlic
  3. Add the dressing to the grated fruit and veg. Mix well
  4. Sprinkle with fresh parsley or coriander, as well as seeds or nuts
