Ingredients:
- 300g purple sprouting broccoli
- 2 garlic cloves
From the cupboard:
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 50g pine nuts or walnuts
Method:
- Heat your oven to 180 C.
- Trim all the woody ends. Cut any thicker stalks into half and place in a baking tray
- Crush or grate the garlic and whisk with the vinegar, olive oil and the seasoning
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli and toss to mix well.
- Sprinkle with nuts and roast for about 15 minutes
- Before you serve drizzle over any balsamic dressing left in the baking tray
