Ingredients:
- 1 squash (800g)
From the cupboard and the fridge:
- 50g sugar or honey
- 10-15g nuts (almonds, walnuts or hazelnuts)
Method:
- Quarter the squash and scoop out the pulp.
- Place the pieces in a tin covered with baking paper and sprinkle generously with sugar or honey (leave some sugar to sprinkle at the end).
- Bake for 30 mins at 180°C.
- Crush the nuts in a mortar and place inside the wedges. Bake for another 15 mins.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with a bit of sugar and cinnamon.
Can be served by itself or with a scoop of ice-cream.
