Ingredients
1 bunch of kale
Olive oil
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 200°c 180°c (fan oven) Gas mark 5
Cut the kale through the ribs into pieces. Wash and dry thoroughly. Put in a mixing bowl and sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss gently then spread out in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until crispy, stirring now and again. You made need to cook it in batches but watch carefully as it can burn easily.
