Sophie joined the team in January 2025 as VegBox Packing Manager, bringing organisational skills from luxury retail and people-focused experience from primary school teaching. When not organising fridges, she can be found gazing at the flora and fauna surrounding the farm, marvelling at how this rural setting – a mere stone’s throw from London – furthers her interest in sustainable agriculture.
