Georges has been on the Management Committee since 2022. He grew up in rural Lebanon where farming, food, and celebration were interwoven community affairs. Being involved with the farm gives him the opportunity to reconnect with food and nature in London.

Georges is an environmental engineer with over a decade of experience designing and delivering inclusive sanitation services in developing countries. He has served as a director on the boards of different charities and social enterprises. One of his skills which he brings to the farm is coaching businesses on engaging more effectively and inclusively with communities.
