Freelance Marketing Consultant
We are looking to hire a brilliant marketing consultant to help us grow our sales and support our sustainable food growing, volunteering and training opportunities.
We need someone to assess our marketing and audience, and help decipher where to focus our efforts with our identity and messaging at both a brand and product level.
Specific Activities
- Input into customer survey questions (survey planned for June)
- Conducting interviews with some of our customers, to understand their behaviours, demographics and values. We want to understand:
- Who our audience is and how they shop
- The key reasons they shop from us and their trigger point for placing an order with the farm
- Which elements of our value proposition resonates most with them
- Conducting competitor analysis of the marketplace, through a brand and marketing lens considering positioning, tone and target
- Using these insights and analysis to provide recommendations on brand positioning, messaging and effective communications channels to help us increase our customer base and grow the average spend of our existing customers
