Farms can be dangerous places, with lots of uneven ground, tractors, physical work and equipment. The last thing we want is injuries so we take Health & Safety seriously. Last month, we had an Emergency First Aid Trainer from Life Signs Group to visit the farm to give training to all staff. With some excellent facilitation, we now feel much more confident as a team to deal appropriately with First Aid.
