We are looking for someone…
- with experience of financial management in a business, charity or social enterprise, ideally a small organisation of less than 50 people
- who is organised, proactive and committed to the responsibilities of the role
- who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- who has the self-confidence to be an engaged member of the management committee and support the staff team
- who is interested in local, sustainable food production and / or community wellbeing projects
- who has a relevant financial qualification (ideal, not essential)
