What are we looking for?
We are specifically looking for people with the following skills:
- Impact Measurement – experience with theory of change, impact measurement and impact management, particularly in setting processes up in a small organisation. We are looking for a committee member to oversee the development of our theory of change, and guide us in how to set up effective impact management systems so that we can strengthen our social and environmental impact.

- Digital Innovation within an e-commerce environment. As an online business, our customer’s digital experience is extremely important. We need to effectively manage our website, e-commerce platform and digital marketing, with limited resources. We are planning to upgrade our website in the next year, so are looking for a committee member to oversee the design process, and supplier selection.
