Where We Deliver

We deliver throughout south London and into parts of Surrey (see map below). We can deliver to your home (£3.15), to a local pick up point (£2.20), or you can collect direct from our farm (no delivery charge).

Our dedicated team of drivers deliver your orders on

Wednesdays between 11am – 8pm
Thursdays between 4am – 4:30pm
Fridays between 7am – 4:30pm

Days are assigned dependent on your area (see below for delivery areas and days).

By using our own drivers (rather than outsourcing to a courier) we can provide a personal delivery, so you will see the same driver more than once! This also means our drivers get to know the drops well, maintaining great customer service.

Holidays

We deliver on bank holidays. Please note that some pick up points may close on bank holidays. We contact pick up points and customers affected by closures to make alternative arrangements (eg. home delivery for that week), however if you are unsure, please contact vegbox@suttoncommunityfarm.org.uk

The only exception to this is Christmas, where we close for one week. Delivery days impacted will be communicated in advance.

Home delivery – safe place instructions

If you choose a home delivery please add a ‘safe place’ in your account so we can deliver your order if you are out. If you live in a block of flats we recommend using a local pick up point instead. If there isn’t a local pick up point please provide us with a key/fob/access code so we can access your block.

Here is a map of our delivery area and pick up points, with further details and collection times below. Scroll down for further details.
