We are having a wonderful summer at the farm. To celebrate our harvest and give thanks to our volunteers who put in so many hours, we lit up our pizza oven last night. I think this was one of best roll outs of pizza yet. The dough and temperature of our cob oven was just right. And of course, we had the freshest, tastiest selections of toppings, harvested only minutes before.

Then finally time to sit back and relax. One of our volunteers Ben works at the new Brixton Brewery and shared with us a range of their wonderful beers. A perfect accompaniment to the pizza, as the sunset over the farm.
