Carrot tops hummus

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

80g of carrot tops (remove the stalks)

3 steamed carrots

2 garlic cloves

From the cupboard:

50g roasted chickpea or cashews

120g sunflower oil

30g sesame oil

50g parmesan or cheddar

Method:

Steam the carrots. Remove the hard bit of the stalks and use the part with the leaves. Put all the ingredients into the blender and blitz until everything is mixed well and the oil isl blended into the hummus.
