Nick Fraser

Nick first joined the team as the Growing Apprentice in March 2018 and has been on the growing team since then. As of January 2021 he is now one of our Production Managers. A love of biology at university led him to become interested farming after he graduated. Since 2016 he has been working in organic vegetable production. After making his start as a volunteer in a small market garden, he then worked a full growing season at Cherry Gardens Farm – a 33 acre site in Kent growing a wide array of fruit and veg. When he’s not sweating it out in the field growing vegetables, Nick it sweating it out running a small portable wood-fired pizza business on the weekends. In his free time he also enjoys a good cycle and a tasty dinner.
