Nick Fraser

Nick is one of two Growing Apprentices at the farm, and has been part of the team since March 2018. A love of biology at university led him to become interested farming after he graduated. Since 2016 he has been working in organic vegetable production. After making his start as a volunteer in a small market garden, he then worked a full growing season at Cherry Gardens Farm – a 33 acre site in Kent growing a wide array of fruit and veg. When he’s not sweating it out in the field growing vegetables, Nick it sweating it out running a small portable wood-fired pizza business on the weekends. In his free time he also enjoys a good cycle and a tasty dinner.
